“If you try to come into the Kingdom (of God) and skip the step of repentance, the stuff you build will shake and fall when temptation and trials come your way.”
Ralph Finley continues teaching about the meaning and importance of this element of the foundation of our faith – repentance.
Are you walking in repentance, or just living with the mental assent of repentance? Is it possible to be sorry about something, but not be repentant? What are the fruits of repentance?
In this episode of the Book of Hebrews, Ralph spends some time with the example in the story of the Prodigal Son, which he call Prodigal Sons, explaining in a very different way than usual, of what real repentance looks like.

The Book of Hebrews: Part 19 | Ralph Finley | 17 June 2017

Sunday Jun 25, 2017
Moving into chapter 6 of the book of Hebrews, Ralph Finley begins to teach us about the “foundation of our faith in God.” The first element of our foundation is “repentance from dead works.”
“Repentance is the door by which you enter into the Kingdom (of YHWH).” What is the definition of the word ‘repent’?
“Some people want to be free of their torments … but they want to live the same ungodly life that they had before!” How does repentance fit into the picture? Does God require repentance before He intervenes in your situation? Should we pray for repentance? What is “worldly sorrow”?
These burning questions and more are addressed in this vitally important teaching.

The Book of Hebrews: Part 18 | Ralph Finley | 10 June 2017
Sunday Jun 11, 2017
Sunday Jun 11, 2017
Continuing in the book of Hebrews, chapter 5, verse 11, Ralph Finley teaches that although we have eyes and ears that physically function, spiritually they don’t. What does “dull of hearing” actually mean?
Are you at the point of spiritual development that you should be? Have you realized your potential in the Body of Messiah?
What’s the difference between a ‘student’ and a ‘disciple’?
Ralph also brings clarity to the passage in Hebrews 6:4 that says “It is impossible for those who were once enlightened…” – helping you to realize the importance of what the writer was trying to bring to your attention.

The Implications of the Identity of the Church in Scripture - Dan Juster
Sunday May 28, 2017
Sunday May 28, 2017
From the land of Israel, Dan Juster – a leader in the organization, Tikkun International – delivers a compelling message regarding the Messianic Jewish movement of today. His exhortation to those who are considered gentiles and are coming into an awareness of the Jewish-ness of their redeemer, Messiah Yeshua, is to remember the “parentage” of the Jewish people to whom were delivered the Oracles of God. With love for their “parent” they should seek to persuade them to faith in the one true Messiah Yeshua. Also, that the Messianic Jewish community should no longer entertain an exclusionary mindset toward the gentiles who are being drawn into a right relationship with Messiah Yeshua by His Holy Spirit, but have respect for the “historic church” (i.e. Protestantism), and embrace creativity in worship of the One True Living Elohim that honors this connection.

The Book of Hebrews - Part 17
Sunday May 21, 2017
Sunday May 21, 2017
Do you understand the meaning of ‘community’ today? What was ‘community’ in the First Century? How do you understand the “Body of Messiah”? Doesn’t it look like a community?
When you read the phrase “dull of hearing”, do you understand what the word ‘dull’ means as it pertains to the original intent in the language of that time? It doesn't mean not shiny or not sharp. Have you lost interest in learning and knowing about the things pertaining to The Way?
Pastor Ralph Finley sheds some light on these subjects as we move forward in the Book of Hebrews.
